Project Highlight: Contra Costa Crisis Center
The Contra Costa Crisis Center reached out to our team for an event video, looking to explain to the community what services the Crisis Center offers and offer potential donors avenues to support the cause and make an impact.
One thing we quickly looked for was how to add additional value for the Crisis Center in this project, and identified what other assets we could provide. While the Event video was a priority, we wanted to make sure that time was worth it. After continuous conversation we found that the crisis center was missing an important piece of marketing material for any clients looking to utilize their services, which was a homepage landing video!
We were short on time with the event quickly approaching, but we quickly worked through the scripting process by looking for what segments that both videos could utilize to simplify our Production day.
In the end we created two scripts that while shared very similar content, differed in the wording. The website video targeted potential clients, and the Event video that spoke to potential Donors.
Our filming day consisted of a morning of interview styled content with an afternoon filming B-Roll around the Crisis Center’s various office spaces. Where we filmed content that would elevate the story of what makes the Crisis Center important to the community.
Once editing began we added various text based graphics to emphasize important contact information, making it easy for anyone watching the video to know where to go. Funneling potential clients and Donors to the Crisis Center webpages.
